Laradon is seeking caring and dynamic people to join the Laradon family of employees and ultimately make a difference in the lives of children and adults with developmental disabilities. We are excited about our future as all of our programs are growing and expanding and will be serving more children and adults. We will also be increasing our workforce!

What Are Our Employees Saying?
COVID-19 Information
We are delighted that you are considering being our next Laradon team member! We are really looking forward to getting to know you during our interview and selection process.
Given the current situation, we want to make sure we look after you, your health and wellbeing, and that of our employees. During this time, much of our selection process will be “virtual”, so we will probably meet you through the phone and webcam over the coming days and weeks. We know many of you will have family responsibilities and children at home, so if we get to “meet” your children on webcam, we’ll be happy to say “hello”. You may meet some of ours too!
If you do start in a new role with us, we may try to support you through virtual meetings. While some are currently working remotely, there are roles in our company where we still need employees to be on site, particularly if you will be working directly with youth and adults. Rest assured we are taking all possible measures to protect our employees, and we would support you in the same way.
Our People Development Team is available throughout the interview process to guide and support you, so please get in touch if you have any questions.
Laradon is committed to protecting its employees and their families' during the COVID-19 pandemic. We look forward to meeting you. Thank you for considering to grow your career with us! Stay well. (Here is a link to a virtual campus tour) – https://youtu.be/ePYAroVIDis
