Special Education Teacher

In this position you will provide special education, pre-vocational, and daily living training to dually diagnosed adolescents receiving services in Laradon's School. You will provide an optimum classroom environment and learning experience. You will participate in transdisciplinary program assessments, participate with family or guardian and team in the development of IEP. Participate in the case management process as needed. Coordinate schedule of classroom assistants and daily activities for students. Current Colorado Teaching Certification with Master's Level Special Education Endorsement, or able to obtain a TTE. One year experience working with children with developmental disabilities and/or emotional/behavioral disorders.
