Community Integration Specialist

Community Integration Specialist needed to supervise and facilitate the development and training of individuals with DD in community/vocational activities. Schedule and facilitate opportunities in the community to include work exposure and experience, social activities and recreational activities. High School Diploma. Two years of direct experience with DD population preferred. Must be able to lift, push and pull 50 pounds; mobility - bending, crawling, sitting, and stooping and the stamina to be on feet and active for full work day.
