The Ticket to Work Program (TTW) is part of the Ticket to Work and Work Incentives Improvement Act of 1999. This Act is designed to remove many of the barriers that previously prevented beneficiaries from going to work because of concerns over losing cash benefits and health care coverage.

Laradon serves as an Employment Network (EN) under the Social Security Administration’s Ticket to Work Program.  We provide a wide range of employment services as well as Work Incentives Counseling to Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) recipients who want to return to work or who have already returned to work and need assistance managing their benefits and maintaining their employment.

The services offered by Laradon will educate you about effectively using Work Incentives so that you can return to the workforce confidently.   We will teach you how working will affect your cash and medical benefits.  We will also provide you with specific job search and job retention services to that you can meet your personal employment and financial goals.
