Individual Employment
Individual Employment Services provides support and training to adults with disabilities to secure and retain employment in the community. These services are to participants on an individualized basis, depending on their need for support. Job Placement Assistance matches individuals with their employment needs. On-the-Job Training assists with training to ensure that job requirements and performance levels are met. Follow-Along support provides consistent and ongoing support to maintain satisfaction and ultimate success for employers and employees.
