Community Participation Vocational Program

The Community Participation Vocational program provides adults with developmental disabilities, who have expressed the desire to perform either volunteer or paid work the opportunity to spend the day being productively involved in the community.

Activities include volunteer work, vocational education or training, leisure and recreation activities as well as the opportunity for paid work as part of a crew. The program offers the chance to make choices, experience inclusion and the opportunity to give back to the community.

Pre-vocational training is geared toward teaching work habits, attitudes and skills necessary for successful employment.
